New Patients

If you are coming to our practice for the first time, you may complete New Patient Forms prior to arriving.

Well Child Visits

Call 202-966-5000 to schedule a well child visit with your doctor. Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment time.

Sick Child Visits

Call 202-966-5000 or your doctor during their call-in hours to make all sick visit appointments. We will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule and will provide same day appointments for sick visits.

Rescheduling

If you have made an appointment but are unable to keep it, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Late for an Appointment

Please call and we will try to work you into the schedule later that same day.

No Show Policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.

We will charge a fee for any appointment that is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
