Sick Child Visits

Call 202-966-5000 or contact your child’s pediatrician during their designated morning call-in hours to schedule a sick visit. We do everything we can to accommodate your family’s schedule and offer same-day sick appointments whenever possible.

New Patients

Spring Valley Pediatrics welcomes new patients from birth through young adulthood. If your child will be visiting our practice for the first time, please complete the New Patient Forms before your appointment whenever possible.

Rescheduling or Canceling an Appointment

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance.

Running Late?

Please call 202-966-5000 if you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate you or work your child into the schedule later that day.

Missed Appointments

We understand that emergencies and unexpected family or work obligations sometimes make it impossible to keep an appointment. However, an appointment that is missed without adequate notice may prevent another child from receiving needed care.

A fee will be charged for appointments that are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
