Before Your Child’s First Appointment

  1. Choose your pediatrician
  2. Schedule your appointment by calling 202-966-5000 or fill out the form
  3. Complete your New Patient Forms
  4. Gather available medical and immunization records
  5. Arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment

Here When Your Child Is Sick

Illness doesn’t always happen on schedule. Spring Valley Pediatrics offers same-day sick visits whenever possible, as well as sick visits on weekends and holidays.

Established patients also have access to an on-call pediatrician after regular office hours and designated weekday morning call-in times when parents can speak directly with their child’s physician.

Spring Valley Pediatrics is an out of network provider. We keep a secure copy of your credit card information on file. Your card will be charged within 48 hours of your visit.

As we do not maintain any contracts with insurance providers, you are responsible for paying Spring Valley Pediatrics directly for medical services. As a courtesy to our patients we will submit your insurance claim on your behalf after your visit. Please speak to someone in our business office for details.
