Spring Valley Pediatrics is an out of network provider. We keep a current copy of our patients credit card information on file and we will charge your credit within 48 hours of your visit.

As we do not maintain any contracts with insurance providers, you are responsible for paying Spring Valley Pediatrics directly for medical services. We will send you a bill at the end of the month. You may then submit a copy of the bill to your insurance company and be reimbursed by your insurance company under the terms of your arrangement with them. Our business office can help you to facilitate this process.
